Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of wcksoft.com and any hosting, development, automation, or progressive web app services provided by WckSoft ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide managed and unmanaged web hosting, custom website and application development, workflow and coding automation, and progressive web app development. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for development or automation engagements are set out in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed with each client.

3. Hosting plans and billing

• Hosting plans are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• You are responsible for keeping billing information current; unpaid invoices may result in service suspension.
• Plan features, limits, and pricing are described on our hosting page and may be updated with reasonable notice.
• You may cancel a hosting plan at any time; no refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our hosting or services to:

• Host or distribute unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engage in phishing.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' data.
• Disrupt or degrade the performance of shared infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate service for violations of this section.

5. Unmanaged hosting responsibilities

On unmanaged plans, you are responsible for the security, configuration, updates, and backups of software you install, beyond the infrastructure-level protections we provide. We are not liable for data loss resulting from misconfiguration of software under your control.

6. Intellectual property

For custom development engagements, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, except for pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks we retain the right to reuse across projects. WckSoft retains ownership of our own site, brand, and marketing content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WckSoft's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a hosting agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate service immediately for acceptable use violations or non-payment.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
